Our certified personal trainers will provide 25 & 50-minute, one-on-one sessions tailored specifically to your athletes needs. Each program is customized to target key areas of improvement-helping players build strength, speed, and mobility necessary to elevate their performance and take their game to the next level
Our youth small group training sessions combine the benefits of personalized instruction with the energy and motivation of training alongside peers. Each class focuses on enhancing athletic movement, strength, agility, and overall conditioning in a fun and competitive environment. With small coach-to-athlete ratios, players receive focused attention while also building teamwork and accountability-key ingredients for long-term athletic success.

Each program is customized to meet your individual fitness goals-whether you're looking to build strength, increase mobility, improve endurance, or simply stay active. With expert guidance and a supportive environment, we'll help you perform your best both in and out of the gym.
Four adults who prefer a team-style atmosphere, TNT's small group training offers the perfect balance of individualized coaching and group motivation. These sessions are designed to challenge all fitness levels while emphasizing proper form, strength development, and mobility. Held primary in the mornings, our small group classes provide a convenient, affordable, supportive, and energizing way to start your day and stay committed to your fitness goals.
With our Premier Membership, athletes ages 12 and up gain 24/7 access to TNT's 600 sq. ft. weight training area - built and equipped for serious, focused development. This space allows athletes to train independently, follow their personalized programs, and continue improving strength, mobility, and endurance outside of structured sessions. (Those without a membership can purchase individual day passes.)
