Having played varsity baseball through high school, being a life-long student of the game, and helping with his son Will's teams Mark brings a passion and love of the game to help athletes grow and develop.

Having played varsity baseball through high school, being a life-long student of the game, and helping with his son Will's teams Mark brings a passion and love of the game to help athletes grow and develop.
Mark also brings a business savy to TNT as a managing partner of his own law firm. His experience in running his practice, customer service, and negotating skills will help TNT grow while keeping our community and family first and foremost.

Elaine Mcleod - Softball Instructor
Coach Alyson serves as Chief Financial Officer at Top Notch Training while also playing a vital role as a softball and baseball instructor. With more than 25 years of coaching experience, Alyson brings a rare blend of leadership, organization, and hands on player development to the TNT team.

Coach Alyson serves as Chief Financial Officer at Top Notch Training while also playing a vital role as a softball and baseball instructor. With more than 25 years of coaching experience, Alyson brings a rare blend of leadership, organization, and hands on player development to the TNT team.
Her coaching background spans both softball and baseball, including time as the head coach of the 18u Gold American Freedom softball program and a stint on the University of Texas Dallas coaching staff. Throughout her career, Alyson has helped develop and guide over 100 young women through the recruiting process, placing athletes at every level of collegiate softball - from junior college programs to Top 25 Division I universities.
In addition to her softball experience, Alyson has spent more than a decade coaching travel baseball as an assistant coach and previously served for three years as an assistant coach for the North Oconee Middle School baseball program. Her passion for mentoring athletes extends beyond the game of baseball, as she also serves as the assistant middle school girls basketball coach at Malcom Bridge Middle School.
Alyson was a three-sport standout in high school, excelling in softball, volleyball, and basketball, where she averaged and impressive 28.3 points per game. Her competitive background, deep understanding of athlete development, and genuine compassion for players make her a unique and invaluable asset to Top Notch Training.
At TNT, Coach Alyson is driven by a desire to give back to the community, help athletes reach their full potential, and support families through every single stage of development.

Elaine brings a strong playing background and years of hands-on coaching experience to every athlete she works with, emphasizing fundamentals, consistency, and game-ready skill development.
She played her high school softball at Plainview (Al) High School, where she posted an impressive .479 batting average, earned All-State honors, and

She played her high school softball at Plainview (Al) High School, where she posted an impressive .479 batting average, earned All-State honors, and recorded 16 home runs.
She continued her playing career at Bevill State Community College, totaling 22 HR's over two seasons. During her freshman year she hit .325, followed by a standout .405 batting average in her sophomore season.
She later competed for Alabama A&M University at the Division I level, starting 36 games her junior year and 35 games her senior year.
Since 2018, she has been providing private instruction, working with athletes on hitting, fielding, and throwing development. She currently also serves as an assistant coach for the 10U Oconee Diamonds as she continues her passion for developing you players.
Elaine is committed to helping athletes build confidence, sound mechanics, and habits that translate into success on and off the field.

AJ Fiechter - Baseball Instructor
AJ brings a high-level playing background and a passion for developing athletes the right way - through strong fundamentals, confidence, and game-ready preparation.
AJ was a 4-year varsity player at Forsyth Central High School, where he helped lead his team to the playoffs every season, including a Final Four appearance.

AJ was a 4-year varsity player at Forsyth Central High School, where he helped lead his team to the playoffs every season, including a Final Four appearance.
After graduating from Forsyth Central, he continued his baseball career at Division I Western Kentucky University, playing two seaons at shortstop and contributing to one of the program's stronger runs in recent years including a deep run in the Conference USA tournament before an injury cut his playing career short.
AJ then returned home to finish his degree at the University of Georgia, earning a degree in Sports Management.
Since then, he has been serving as an assistant coach at Athens Academy, working with both JV and Varsity players, while also providing private instruction focused on hitting, fielding, and overall player development.
