Top Notch Training: Redefining Player Development
Baseball and softball training shouldn’t only be accessible to those who can afford expensive private lessons—or to parents trying to juggle the roles of coach, pitcher, and cheerleader. That model leaves too many players (and parents) frustrated and unsure of how to improve. So, at TNT, we built something better.
We offer small-group development sessions for all ages and skill levels, running dozens of classes each month with flexible scheduling options. Every session is led by experienced coaches who meet each athlete where they are and tailor instruction to their individual needs. Our focus isn’t on cookie-cutter drills—it’s on a purposeful process to achieve progress. The group format creates an energetic, motivating environment where players push one another, build friendships, and grow together. There’s no pressure from parents, no awkward one-on-one tension—just hard work, confidence, and fun.
At Top Notch Training, we’re not just teaching the game. We’re building complete athletes—mentally and physically—who love to compete and keep getting better.
High-rep, high-feedback sessions built for efficiency. Some classes might be 3 kids with 1 coach. Others might be 10 kids, 2 coaches, and 2 cages. The setup scales based on how many athletes sign up—but one thing we never do is overload a class and stick kids in a long line. Every session is designed to keep your player moving, hitting, and getting real instruction—not just waiting their turn. This is guided work, not mindless reps. Think of it like hitting with dad—minus the strained relations
Same idea as Open Batting, but older players only. The big kids don’t want to hit with the little guys—and that’s okay! If you’re newer to baseball or younger than 12, start in Open Batting.
Led by our pitching instructors, these classes focus on mechanics, velocity development, and throwing with intent and repeatability. No 100-pitch bullpens. Just smart, efficient training that improves strike percentage, arm health, and confidence on the mound.
Defensive might be the most overlooked part in today's game, but here at TNT we believe in constant and consistent glove work to make sure your player doesn't make that costly error in the "big game". Our classes blend foundational skills with a focus on movement efficiency helping players become smoother, more confident, and more consistent.
Cost = $30.00 per class (Non-members) Members - $20.00 per class (Once weekly credits run out)
