At Top Notch Training, we believe great athletes are built on a strong foundation.

The TNT “Building Champions” Strength, Speed, & Agility Program is designed specifically to help young athletes develop the fundamentals of strength and conditioning while improving speed, agility, coordination, balance, confidence, and overall athleticism.

This program is built for long-term athletic development — not just random workouts.

Athletes will learn proper movement patterns, body control, speed mechanics, agility techniques, and foundational strength training using body weight exercises and light resistance in a safe, positive, and high-energy environment.

⚾ Why Is This Important for Baseball & Softball Players?

Strength, speed, and agility play a massive role in today’s game.

These areas help athletes:
✅ Improve explosiveness and athleticism
✅ Increase running speed and first-step quickness
✅ Improve balance and body control
✅ Develop better coordination and movement efficiency
✅ Enhance throwing and hitting power
✅ Improve reaction time and defensive range
✅ Build durability and reduce injury risk
✅ Gain confidence both on and off the field

And while this program is fantastic for baseball and softball athletes, these same athletic traits benefit athletes across ALL sports.

👥 Who Is This Program For?

Boys and girls ages 9–12 who are looking to:
✅ Improve speed and agility
✅ Build athletic confidence
✅ Learn the fundamentals of strength training
✅ Develop better movement patterns and coordination
✅ Improve overall conditioning and athletic performance

💪 Who’s Leading the Program?

Coach Carson Rollins will lead the class.

Coach Rollins is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who brings tremendous energy, passion, and enthusiasm for teaching young athletes the fundamentals of strength and conditioning the RIGHT way.

📅 When Is It?

Sessions will be held:
🗓 Tuesday & Thursday Evenings
⏰ 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM

(Additional session options may be added depending on interest level.)

📍 How Many Athletes Per Session?

At TNT, we believe real development happens through real coaching and real attention to detail.

That’s why each session will be limited to ONLY 6 athletes.

This allows our staff to provide high-quality instruction, feedback, accountability, and individualized attention throughout every workout.

Athletes will purchase:
✅ 8 Sessions at a time
✅ One month per package

Pricing:
• $225 — Non-Members
• $168.75 — Premier Members
• $180.00 — Preferred Members
• $202.50 — Basic Members
